About the site The aim of these pages is to provide a brief overview of some key marketing concepts, together with some further reading and links. There is something of a 'bluff your way in marketing' approach.
The material was originally based on articles which appeared in issues 167, 168 (September and October 1994) and 173 (April 1995) of the print version of Inform, the Newsletter of the Institute of Information Scientists.
