IFLA Pre-conference Seminar: Using Market Research to Improve Customer Satisfaction

The IFLA Section on Management and Marketing ran a two day seminar on Thursday 15 August - Friday 16 August 2002 in Glasgow the week before the IFLA general conference. This seminar explored ways in which market research data can be used to improve your knowledge about your customers, and thus improve the effectiveness of your library and information services.
